Any engineering deliverable (drawings, calculations, PE-stamped packages) is governed by the scope, license, and limitations set forth in the project engagement or proposal. Deliverables are licensed for the specific project and jurisdiction identified; re-use on other projects requires written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit unlawful or infringing content.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteelReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for engineering services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
